2017 | Grant Westfield IP rights acquisition.

Following Grant Westfield’s decision to withdraw from the Commercial Washrooms market, Venesta acquired the Intellectual Property Rights for their Commercial Contracts Division products.

That market represents a significant opportunity for accelerated and sustainable growth.

Following a strategic review, Grant Westfield decided that Venesta, the UK's leading washroom provider, with extensive technical and manufacturing resources, is best placed to continue to supply the high end products previously offered by our Commercial Contracts Division.”
