Once products are ordered, one of our highly skilled CAD Technicians will be assigned to your project and prepare layout drawings. Everything including dimensions, colours and precise drawings can be sent to you for approval prior to manufacture and delivery. State-of-the-art machinery allows us to streamline manufacture and offer fast product lead times. From our conveniently located factory in Stoke on Trent, our Despatch team will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery day to fit in with your programme of works. Our responsive technical team is here to offer support throughout installation. We’re a supply only company but, if required, we can put you in touch with a Venesta Accredited Installer. They have vast, specialist experience having undergone rigorous training. So we can both be assured of a top quality installation.
Once we have delivered your products, we have a dedicated customer services team to deal with every after-sales need. Efficient, attentive and empathetic, they’ll ensure you’re happy with everything. If, within 48 hours of delivery, you’re not, we have minimum service levels which ensure that you are contacted within four hours of your call or email. They will do all the necessary investigations and give you an update within 24 hours. If needed, we’ll happily arrange for products to be replaced.
