With all the same benefits of our Vepps Hygen range, Hygen Plus' satin anodised aluminium corner extrusions offer additional strength to our all-new healthcare IPS solution. With Vepps Hygen Plus, you also have the option to specify bigger units with more varied and versatile healthcare IPS layouts to suit your briefs.

Hygen Plus IPS gives you the option to specify more varied and versatile layouts to suit your brief, while being able to design longer runs of healthcare IPS. What's more, Vepps Hygen Plus also offers you a robust between walls solution, again providing you with many more options at specification stage.

Its seamless design has flush-fitting hinged and lockable access doors that minimise dirt traps and make ongoing maintenance easier than ever. It's a simple, easy-click wall system with concealed aluminium wall fixing channels, galvanised steel tie back rods and zinc plated steel joggle brackets for a quick yet sturdy, long-lasting installation. Pre-plumbed with industry-leading healthcare sanitaryware, brassware and fittings, all Vepps Hygen Plus Units are rigorously tested before arriving to site, helping to speed up the installation process further.

SGL

Solid Grade Laminate (SGL) is extremely resistant to impact and all surfaces are impervious to water. Panels are manufactured from one piece of 13mm SGL with satin anodised aluminium corner extrusion edges.

13mm compact laminate with satin anodised aluminium corner extrusion edges, hinged recessed access panels complete with locks and seal. Seamless joints where possible.

Sanitaryware

Sanitary appliances are pre-fixed and sealed to Vepps Hygen Plus Units, unless stated otherwise, and rigorously tested.
Panel lock

Manufactured from stainless steel with a polished finish, with master key.

Panel seal

Access panels incorporating a 3mm self adhesive C211 FR flame retardant neoprene sponge seal.

Hinge

160° overlay hinge secured to bespoke zinc plated steel bracket.

Site frame

Box unit secured using Venesta tie back system incorporating M8 zinc plated tie-back rods and supporting bracketry in zinc plated steel.

Laminate

Laminate (MFC/HPL/SGL)

MFC (Melamine Faced Chipboard)

Best for: Dry environments with light to moderate use

MFC panels are manufactured from moisture-resistant chipboard faced with decorative paper and a melamine resin surface. This creates a durable, cost-effective finish suitable for lower traffic washrooms. Panels are 19mm nominal thickness with ABS-lipped edges for protection.

MFC is a practical choice for offices, commercial buildings and other low-use environments where style and value are important.

Available in 34 laminate colours and across all Venesta V ranges.

HPL (High Pressure Laminate)

Best for: Busier washrooms and higher traffic environments

HPL panels feature a high pressure laminate surface made from multiple layers of kraft paper bonded together with phenolic resins, finished with a decorative layer. The laminate is then bonded to a moisture-resistant chipboard core, creating a panel that is more resistant to impact, scratches and general wear. Panels are 19mm nominal thickness with ABS-lipped edges.

HPL is commonly specified for schools, universities, offices and shopping centres, where washrooms experience heavier daily use.

Available in 34 laminate colours across a wide range of Venesta cubicle systems.

SGL (Solid Grade Laminate)

Best for: Wet areas and high vandalism environments

SGL is a solid laminate panel manufactured from layers of kraft paper bonded with phenolic resins under heat and pressure, forming an extremely dense and durable material. It is fully waterproof and highly impact resistant. Panels are 13mm nominal thickness with polished radiused edges.

SGL is ideal for leisure centres, stadiums, transport hubs and other demanding environments, where durability and hygiene are essential.

Available in 34 laminate colours with both standard and bespoke sizing options.
