Competition Terms & Conditions
May 2026

1. Organiser
   1. These competitions are run by Venesta Washrooms Limited (“Organiser”), Alderflat Drive, Newstead Industrial Trading Estate, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire ST4 8HX.
2. Eligibility
   1. Entry is open to individuals aged 18 or over who visit The Washroom Design Centre in person between 19 May and 21 May 2026.
   2. Employees of the Organiser, their families or anyone professionally connected with the competitions may not enter.
   3. Entrants may enter both competitions, but may only enter each competition once.
3. Try Your Lock
   1. Pick a card at random from the selection provided.
   2. Use the card to try to open one of the lockers.
   3. If the card opens a locker, you win the prize inside that locker.
   4. Prizes may include Venesta merchandise, with the top prize being a 750 ml bottle of Champagne.
   5. The prize won is the item inside the locker opened by the entrant.
   6. Prizes are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Riddle Me This
   1. Pick a riddle card at random.
   2. Answer the riddle correctly to receive one entry into the prize draw.
   3. Entrants can receive one bonus entry by following Venesta on LinkedIn.
   4. This competition is run by Venesta and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn.
   5. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the event.
   6. The winner will receive a 750 ml bottle of Champagne and a £100 SquareMeal voucher.
   7. The winner will be contacted using the email address provided. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Organiser reserves the right to select another winner.
5. Entry Details
   1. Entrants must provide their name and a valid email address on the on-site entry form.
   2. Entrants may choose to subscribe to Venesta's newsletter. Subscription is optional and is not required to enter either competition.
6. Data Protection & Privacy
   1. Personal data collected, including name and email address, will be used to administer the competitions.
   2. If you choose to subscribe to Venesta’s newsletter, your email address will also be used for marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.
   3. Data will be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR.
7. Photography and Social Media
   1. Photography and video may take place during the event. Images may be used by Venesta for marketing, social media and event communications.
   2. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let a member of the Venesta team know on arrival.
   3. Venesta will take reasonable steps not to use close-up or clearly identifiable images of anyone who has opted out.
   4. Taking part in the competitions is not dependent on being photographed or filmed.
8. Liability
   1. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any technical failures, errors or losses in connection with the competitions.
   2. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude the Organiser’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.
9. General
   1. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competitions if required by law or if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the competitions.
   2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   3. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
