St Mary's RC Primary School

St Mary’s RC Primary School is a Voluntary Academy within the Emmaus Catholic Academy Trust, serving its local Manchester community with a strong focus on care, inclusion and high standards across the learning environment.

Venesta supplied full height WC duct panelling as part of a washroom refurbishment by Rosslee Construction. The project focused on delivering a clean, durable and colour coordinated backdrop behind the sanitaryware within the school toilets.

The specification included six full height Frameduct HPL panels in Canary and Pacific, reflecting the school’s colours and reinforcing a clear visual identity throughout the space.
Frameduct proved to be a robust and reliable duct solution suitable for a busy primary school setting.

Frameduct HPL was specified to meet these requirements. Manufactured from 18mm moisture-resistant chipboard faced with high pressure laminate, the panels offer improved resistance to impact and wear in dry, high-use environments. The system incorporates a rolled galvanised steel subframe with aluminium headrail and baserail, creating a secure and stable installation. Full height panels deliver a seamless appearance, concealing pipework while maintaining accessible service zones.

Flashgaps were detailed in Shadow to create a neat and unobtrusive finish that complements the timber doors and flooring.
The completed washrooms are simple and practical. The bold Canary and Pacific panels reflect the school’s colours, but also help to create positive associations and a welcoming atmosphere for younger pupils.

The result is a clean, contemporary solution that balances durability, ease of maintenance and visual impact, providing St Mary’s RC Primary School with a robust full height duct system designed for long-term performance.
