Like any healthcare project, the Univesity Hospital of Wales needed a compliant, tested and proven solution for their panelling and sanitaryware. They needed a supplier who understood their need to put their patients first and provide facilities that were of the highest standard.
As part of an ambitious project designed to modernise obstetrics and gynaecology care in Wales, the country's University Hospital has opened a brand new, state-of-the-art, nine bed midwifery building. This £16 million scheme is set to transform services for pregnant women, offering three birthing pools and six home-from-home birthing rooms as well as a consultant-led unit for more complex births. It will also provide new facilities for IVF Wales, Gynaecology, Fetal Medicine, Antenatal Clinic and a Maternity Assessment Unit.
