We have developed our IPS wall system specifically for healthcare areas where the duct needs to be formed into a complete wall system - typically in staff and public zones.
The panels of our IPS healthcare Wall System are designed in sections, allowing you easy installation and access to concealed services. Panels are offered in three performance options, MFC, HPL and SGL. Site frames are manufactured from extruded aluminium.
All of our IPS healthcare systems are supplied with sanitaryware factory fitted and tested before delivery. This will result in quicker installation for you and also provide a better finished quality.
Dimensions
Maximum ceiling height
3000mm to underside of ceiling, flashgap will go above ceiling.
Skirting/baserail height
Available in 50mm and 105mm (other skirting heights achievable by site packing the baserail).
Top flashgap
45mm minimum visible below ceiling, remaining flashgap will go above ceiling.
Minimum shelf heights and panel widths are dependant upon sanitaryware.

Subframes
Manufactured from rolled galvanised steel section with chipboard bracing board. Subframe installed within aluminium site frame by click-fix nylon location brackets. Back panels fixed to steel section by BZP mild steel joggle clips.
