The Challenge

The London Array could eventually power up to 750,000 homes, about a quarter of London, reducing harmful CO2 emissions by 1.4 million tonnes a year. So it’ll make a big difference to the environment as well as helping provide a reliable electricity supply to south-east England.

Driven by positive sustainable measures, the facility, constructed by Mansell, was designed to take advantage of natural light and even incorporates an extensive glass roof and Combined Heat and Power (CHP). For the office washrooms, Mansell were looking for a cubicle system that fit the brief of a contemporary, streamlined washroom to complement the new wind farm design.

Therefore Equinox cubicles from our V2 range were a fitting solution.
Aesthetically, Equinox has a contemporary feel with its elliptically formed hardware and sleek, curved pilasters. Along with its set-back pedestals that give the cubicle its floating appearance, Equinox features strong, robust pilasters and anti-tamper fixings, meaning that this cubicle is tough too.
